Her journey as the founder of "Free-Love For Vets" is deeply rooted in her personal experiences and values. From her early days, Vivian was known for her exceptional empathy and intuition during client interactions. She honed her skills in building trust and strong relationships while working in the prosthetic department at the Veterans Affairs Hospital. It was there that she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by veterans as they struggled to reintegrate into civilian life after serving their country. Her heart went out to them, and she was determined to make a difference. Driven by her deep-rooted sense of duty and integrity, Vivian embarked on a mission to create positive change for veterans. She founded her non-profit organization with a clear vision in mind - to provide comprehensive support to veterans in need. Her organization has been instrumental in helping veterans find stable housing, access mental health services, and secure meaningful employment opportunities. Vivian is known for her tireless efforts in advocating for veterans and hopes to make a lasting impact in the families of veterans. Her dedication and passion have earned her the respect and admiration of the veteran community, as well as the wider community at large. In addition to her professional achievements, Vivian remains deeply connected to the cause on a personal level. Alicha Louine-Covington

Meet Alicha, the co-ownwer of "Careful Touch Laboratories." She is a dedicated and compassionate woman who serves on the board for "Free-Love For Vets." Her focus is on offering medical aid, including long-term care and physicals, to ensure our veterans are receiving the best possible care. With over 10 years of experience in blood sample testing and collection, as well as a BA in Business Management, Alicha is proficient in performing venipuncture, injections, and patient intake, while overseeing and managing medical offices. Her empathetic and intuitive nature is apparent during patient interactions, where she builds trust and strong customer relations. Her certifications, including CPR, HIPAA/OSHA Compliance, and Domestic Violence Certification, among others, demonstrate her commitment to providing the highest level of care to those in need. Alicha's leadership and management skills have been tested and proven, and she continues to be a valuable asset to the organization.

Karen Eldridge-Reed

Karen is not just a professional with over 15 years of experience working with patients and staff at the Department of Veterans Affairs; she is also deeply committed to helping veterans reintegrate into society. Her passion for serving those who have sacrificed for our country is evident in every aspect of her work. She is well-versed in VISTA and VATAS, as well as other supply systems used at McGuire Medical Center, but her true strength lies in her ability to connect with people. Through her strong interpersonal skills, she has developed into a mentor and leader, guiding and inspiring others. Her exceptional organizational skills and analytical prowess have been tested in fast-paced and demanding situations, where she has consistently shown her ability to rise to the challenge. Her compassionate and empathetic nature has also made her skilled in conflict resolution, always striving to deescalate situations and find solutions. As a board member of a non-profit organization that supports veterans in their journey back to civilian life, Karen brings not only her expertise in managing budgets exceeding 1.6 million dollars a year, but also her unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those who have served our country. Her heartfelt commitment to the mission of aiding veterans in their reintegration into society is a driving force behind her work, and she continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have sacrificed so much for our nation.
